Another Indian from Bihar placed in senior authority over Kashmiris as the occupation fills its institutional roles from Modi's home state
ALLNEWS

M K Sinha has taken charge as Additional Director General of the Crime Investigation Department in Jammu and Kashmir, becoming the latest in a long and documented series of Indian nationals, disproportionately drawn from Bihar, Prime Minister Modi's home state, to be inserted into senior positions of authority across Indian-controlled Kashmir's administrative and security apparatus.
The CID is not a minor institution. It is the intelligence and investigation arm of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, responsible for surveillance, case management, and the targeting of individuals the Indian regime designates as threats. Placing an Indian national from outside Kashmir in its senior leadership ensures that the apparatus gathering intelligence on Kashmiris, managing their cases, and directing the operations that result, answers to New Delhi rather than to any accountability framework rooted in Kashmiri life or law. This is demographic engineering of the institutional layer, ensuring that even where Kashmiris hold subordinate positions within their own administrative structures, the authority above them belongs to the occupation.
