DSP and two PSOs injured after bulletproof vehicle tyre bursts in Awantipora

A Deputy Superintendent of Police and two Police Security Officers sustained minor injuries after the tyre of their bulletproof vehicle burst while they were travelling near Ziyarat Sharief Syed Hassan Mantaqi in Awantipora, Pulwama district. The vehicle lost control following the blowout. All three were provided medical attention. Their condition is reported as stable.
The incident is minor in terms of casualties but notable in its location and vehicle type. A bulletproof vehicle carrying senior police personnel suffering a tyre blowout near a religious site in Awantipora is the kind of incident the Indian regime classifies as routine.
