The Indian regime states that the second Indian labourer injured in the attack at a brick kiln in Kulgam district has succumbed to his wounds, bringing the total death toll from the incident to two. Both victims were Indian nationals from Chhattisgarh. A CASO remains ongoing in the area. No resistance organisation has claimed responsibility for the attack at the time of reporting.
Kashmir Conflict maintains its position stated at the time of the initial report. The circumstances and motivation behind this attack remain unconfirmed. Whether this was a targeted resistance operation against Indian settlers and their associated networks, or an act of personal enmity or other origin, cannot be established without a claim or independent verification. TRF and Kashmiri resistance-linked channels shared news of the incident at the time without attribution or claim. That has not changed.
Two men are dead. The Indian regime will use their deaths to justify further collective punishment of Kashmiri civilians. Kashmir Conflict will report what is verified, not what is alleged. Updates will follow as confirmed information becomes available.
