Indian regime seizes six more Kashmiri properties worth Rs 6.22 crore (£485,000) in Srinagar under NDPS Act

Indian regime police in Srinagar have attached six immovable properties worth a combined 6.22 crore rupees (£485,000) across the city under the Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan, with actions taken in connection with six separate NDPS cases. The properties span residential homes and commercial assets across Srinagar districts, all attached on the basis of police allegations and magistrate orders without prior judicial determination of guilt.
The Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan has now run for over 150 days across Indian-controlled Kashmir. Six more Kashmiri families have lost property today on the word of police alone. The cumulative total of assets seized or demolished across the territory has long exceeded 200 crore rupees (£15.6 million), with hundreds of Kashmiris arrested and properties taken across every district of Indian-controlled Kashmir. The accountability framework governing this campaign remains what it has always been: absent. The campaign does not need courts to establish guilt. It was never designed to.
