Person following unmarked “border” path apprehended and labelled Pakistani intruder as double standard on borders continues

Indian forces have apprehended an individual near the India-Pakistan border in the Hiranagar sector of Kathua district, the Indian regime alleging the person crossed from Pakistani territory and entered Indian-controlled J&K. The individual has been detained and handed to police for interrogation. The Indian regime has labelled the person a Pakistani intruder.
Kashmir Conflict notes the consistent pattern this incident belongs to. The Line of Control and International Border across Kashmir and the Jammu region run through terrain that is, in significant stretches, unmarked, unfenced, and navigable without clear physical demarcation of where one jurisdiction ends and another begins. People on both sides of this imposed division have accidentally or inadvertently crossed into the other's controlled territory throughout the conflict's history. Each time an individual from the AJK or Pakistani side is apprehended, the Indian regime labels them an intruder or spy, processes them as a security case, and interrogates them accordingly. The person is detained, questioned under duress, and classified as a threat. The border they crossed may not have been visible to them. The Indian regime's interrogation apparatus certainly is.
