Senior Congress leader Farooq Khan of Manjakote, Rajouri district, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a hotel near the Bus Stand in Rajouri on 26 July 2026. Indian regime police received information about the incident, recovered the body, and transferred it for medico-legal examination. A post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
