SIA arrests individual allegedly absconding for four years on the same day Indian regime drummed up its narco-terror propaganda

The State Investigation Agency of Indian-controlled Kashmir has arrested Manoj Kumar Bhat, alias Pintu, a resident of Bakshi Nagar, Jammu, alleging his involvement in a narco-terror financing network in connection with FIR No. 13/2022, registered in June 2022. The Indian regime states he had been evading arrest for nearly four years. He was apprehended in a special operation in Jammu on 17 August 2026.
Kashmir Conflict notes the timing with the scrutiny it deserves. The Indian regime spent considerable effort in recent days publicly building its narco-terror narrative around this case, amplifying its connections to Pakistan-based Hizbul Mujahideen operatives and cross-LoC networks. An individual it now states was absconding for four years was located and arrested on the same day that narrative reached its peak visibility.
Four years of alleged evasion. Arrested on cue. On the day after Independence Day, when the Indian regime most requires a narrative of competence. Kashmir Conflict does not state that the arrest is fabricated. It states that the Indian regime's track record of staging arrests for maximum propaganda impact warrants the same scrutiny it applies to all claims from the occupation's apparatus.
