Two grenades recovered at Baramulla checkpoint as daily arms seizures expose the lie of Kashmiri acceptance
ALLNEWS

Indian forces recovered two hand grenades during naka checking in the Baramulla area of North Kashmir on 28 August 2026. Two individuals were detained in connection with the recovery. Cases have been registered under the Arms Act and Explosives Act.
Kashmir Conflict states what the relentless daily pace of arms seizures, OGW arrests, CASO launches, and weapons recoveries across Indian-controlled Kashmir confirms. The Indian regime simultaneously claims that Kashmiris have accepted Indian governance, that normalcy has been achieved since 2019, and that the resistance has been broken. It makes these claims while seizing grenades at checkpoints, arresting Kashmiris as OGWs, demolishing homes, and conducting multi-district operations daily. Both things cannot be true. Either the resistance has been broken or grenades are being recovered at Baramulla checkpoints every week. The Indian regime's own operational record refutes its own narrative with a precision no external critic could match.
